Their low prices lured me in, but the horrible service has driven me away (literally).

They somehow stained a white shirt in multiple places AFTER it was cleaned and pressed. (How does that happen???) Subsequent cleaning didn't remove the stains, so I asked for compensation. The manager compensated me for the shirt, but basically called me a liar and told me to never come back.

After a few dozen missing buttons and several overly starched shirts, I suppose this is a blessing in disguise.

You'll be better treated (and appreciated!) and one of Silver Springs many mom-n-pop dry cleaners.

Very dissatisfied and there are no words to discribe how bad they are. I do not know how they can even stay in bussiness. Go some place else or even putting your dryclean only clothes in the wash at home is better. Never will I do bussiness there .

I agree. I have never had such terrible service from a dry cleaner as I did with Dry Clean Direct on Georgia Ave. They have stained my clothes. They put double and triple creases in my pants. The manager is rude and uncaring about garments that his customers spent their hard earned money on. This business does not deserve a rating unless they have something less than a one star.
