I am a landscaper in the D.C. area and use Rels almost daily. Their service and prices are great. I buy their products in bulk by the 1/2 or full ton and I always get what I want and a bit more. Their selection is great as they have always had what I wanted.
The only thing you should know is that you can't buy much of their wall blocks and loose wall stone by the pound, it must be purchased by the half or full palate. Not a big deal but something worth knowing before you go. -

I'm a homeowner who has purchased topsoil and other products from Rels about 5 times over the past 10 years. They have always been a pleasure to deal with. I don't have a truck so I've always used their delivery service, and every delivery has been on time. They have an unbeatable selection of products, from fill dirt to topsoil to pavers to blue and purple mulch. I don't know why anyone would want blue or purple mulch, though. Their prices have always been the lowest in the area.
