My god. All I really have to say is gross!! There are mice in my apartment a family of them. I caught 3 the other night with mouse traps. The roaches are many. The community manager, Lora Barnette, is very rude. The maintenence, well when do u ever see any of them around?? It takes these people forever ti fix anything and then they leave and it was a half ass job. Then u have to call them again. Do not rent from this place. Your better off moving to the Bronx, NY. For real. Also people, there is trash all over, dogs pissing in the elevators, really gross place.There should be a ---minus scale for this place.

I just moved into this apartment . This apartment is dirty, infested with roaches. Trash all over the place .The worst management. This apartment does not deserve any star. It needs better management and a good exterminator.Please think twice before you sign a lease with this property.

I wish I could have given a negative score to this place. If you don't mind roaches, mice, trash thrown in front of your building and in the foyer, broken security doors, kids playing football in the street, a crowded playground and and unresponsive office to make your experience even more miserable, then you'll feel right at home at forest park. I couldn't move fast enough from this place. Think twice before signing a lease with CIH properties, you'll be in for an awful ride. There are better places to live...
