User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsBad experience: I had a very bad experience leasing a car from them. They gave me a quote for a Subaru WRX and it was so good that I came back the next day. After pulling my credit, they told me the numbers where off by $80 per month. This irritated me. Make sure they don't do this to you
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsYou be the judge...: Here's what happened. I got my car looked at for a rattling noise and was told it was the rear cross member bracket. I called the next day to request that the part be ordered and was quoted $260. My representative told me the part would arrive in 2-3 days and he'd give me a call when it came in. I waited two weeks, then called back...the part's not in. "I didn't realize you wanted us to order it." So I tell him, please order it, I NEED my car fixed by Friday. He responds that the part should be in on Wednesday or Thursday and "it shouldn't be a problem" to get it done by Friday. Well, my parents receive a call on Thursday at 5AM saying the part's in. They couldn't even use my correct phone number. So I bring the car in on Friday morning, and when I finally call them at 5:30 to pick it up, they tell me oops, the person who was supposed to fix it left on an emergency and it's not done. Should be done by Monday. Now it's Monday. I get a call this morning, saying they had accidentally ordered the wrong part and would try to overnight the correct one. Who knows when my car will be done now. I am amazed at the incompetence of this place!!!
