    Pet Valu is the best!: Pet Valu has a knowledgeable and helpful staff (the manager especially) that you won't find at a big chain. They seem to carry just about everything, and will make sure they answer all your questions. Prices are reasonable. A plus for me is that they don't sell animals like so many other stores of this type - too many homeless animals of all kinds die in shelters while some stores are making a profit by breeding them.
