Chuck E Cheese's

Don't reserve any party there!: I went to this location to celebrate my son's birthday. Where do I begin...for starters the table was not set up, prior to me arriving 15 mins. earlier before the event, as indicated in the Chuck E Cheese confirmation order, chuck e cheese the mouse was no where to be found, we had to wait 20 mins while the hostess had to find him and told me every five mins. that he was coming, my son was clearly bored out of his mind, kids were getting impatient, my son didn't get the collector's cup, crown and balloon, police officer with a bullet proof vest sitting in the lobby for protection (I've never seen an officer there before), I called the restaurant to complain and they don't have a clue as to what 20 mins. waiting means? They expect the paying customer to keep track of the party time, when its the restaurants job to do that! Geez, I rate this location a triple zero "000."
