Noel and his assistant Tony serviced my Audi for a transmission instillation. Those two men did a terrific job on the tranny.
As I was getting ready to leave, I discovered that my rear wheel bearings were ruined. Noel took immediate action. It was the end of the work day but still..Noel was ready and willing to take care of the bad bearings.
Noel was incredibly accommodating to repair the car. Very fair on the pricing as well.
I have some mechanical knowledge and found Noel to really know his business. Very helpful and knowledgeable guy as well as his assistant Tony
I witnessed this with every customer that he dealt with.
QUALITY SERVICE. VERY FAIR ON THE PRICE.GREAT CUSTOMER CARE.
Integrity and honesty are some of the characteristics of Noel.
I've been around enough mechanics to know the difference between shabby and excellent.
Noel is a man of integrity. His assistant Tony is as well. That's a rare find these days.
This is a great guy to deal with period.

Careful with estimates, rude customer service: Recently moving to Maryland, we went in for a state safety inspection. The car had maintenance done on it the day before, and had no problems.
Noel, the shop manager, was rude from the very beginning, but after thinking to take the car somewhere else, we decided to get it done, since we have a very busy schedule. The car did not pass the inspection; they said that there was a leak on the right side, and by the power stirring, although we drove the car for 10,000 miles and the fluids were still full. We were given an overcharged estimate for $600 with the incredible advantage of "being fixed the same day," comprising in changing the whole power stirring system for an imaginary leak.
We took the car to another mechanic two days later, and the car passed with flying colors. We went back to Colesville Sunoco, and asked for our money back. Noel did not want to talk to "people like us," justifying his estimate as "being part of the business" with people that do not know a lot about cars.
Colesville Sunoco may need a new manager and a more honest way of doing business.
