User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is an unethical towing company. I was recently towed by them, and I was parked exactly where I was supposed to be -- in my assigned space (for which I pay a monthly rental fee) on a private lot. When I called TRP, they were rude, hostile and unwilling to listen to me. I ended up having to take an expensive cab ride to get my car and pay $134. $24 was for "mileage." The impound lot is 4 miles from where my car was parked. Avoid doing business with these vultures.
