Pizza Stop

4 stars for food, 1 star for service
Pizza is great here - real NY style. Service (esp. the phone guys and waiters) could use some brushing up on manners. Delivery guys are friendly and nice. I just placed an order and was corrected saying that I didn't order the pizza the right way - that's kind of crazy!

Wowwwww I completely agree with the below post (frank) !! I think it is necessary to let everyone know that this restaurant is NOT worth the visit. the customer service is disgraceful and you can tell! the place does not receive nearly as many customers as it used to. perhaps the owner's rude and disrespectful manner with customers is to blame. atleast that's why I wont be going there anymore!!!! this place is a waste of space in an otherwise friendly and welcoming shopping center

Absolutely HORRIFIC service. The owner discriminates against whomever he chooses based on looks, i.e. refusing to honor specials that are clearly advertised in the front store window AFTER the food has been served and the check written up. The owner, Jeff, loses his temper regularly with his customers (even regulars) and will not hesitate to tell you to Shut up or to leave his store if you question the check. And to think this is a family-run business... very unfortunate ordeal and very unfortunate for the success of the business.
