Myself and everyone I went with loved their meals! I had the cubano sandwich (waiters recommendation) and it was one of the best I've ever had. The pork was pulled/shredded, cooked very well, and had great flavor. I also tried a pineapple soda which was tasty. The others in my group simply LOVED their plantains and black bean soup! Ambiance is very nice with paintings on the different colored walls, and indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were very friendly and the waiter was able to tell us how the plantains were cooked. I also appreciated that it wasn't as noisy as most restaurants seem to be. I will be returning.
This may have been my first time having Cuban food. Great Mojitos and pork dish! I ordered the shredded meat (it looked like barbeque) only because it is suppose to be the signature dish of a Cuban restaurant. No excitement there but I do plan to return for my own personal serving of the pork. Thanks BH.
Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!
Have yet to go here and have a less than an excellent dinner. The mojoitos are best around, empandas are better than I have ever had anywhere, and creme dela creme is their Argentinian (spelling?) flank steak...I dream about this steak a lot.
