I have never been to Kroh's Cleaners for anything, but the last reviewer is incorrect about where she had her wedding dress altered. Kroh's Cleaners is on Pennsylvania Ave in Bel Air. She was talking about Bel Air Alterations on the corner of Broadway and Main Street. Totally different shop...I'm a mail man so please trust me on this.

I just didn't want Kroh's getting a bad review when she didn't go to that shop for her work.

If this is the Kroh's now on Main Street at the intersection of Broadway, BEWARE!!! Bel Air Cleaner's/Kroh's alterations is a horrible, horrible place to go. I took my wedding gown in for basic alterations and pressing and the 'expert' staff not only screwed up the alterations but positioning the bustle well below the mark, but the woman takes the items HOME with her and apparently worked on a dirty table because my gown came with with light brown stains all over the inside and outside of the gown. It took another , more reliable cleaners, to remove the stains and repair the gown thankfully before my wedding. The business is also listed an inactive with the Dept. of Asses. & Taxation, since they have not paid taxes in several years. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your cleaning needs!
