Washington Music Center

I went to look at audio equipment and the sales person was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, sales rep I have ever dealt with. I have been going there for years and have spent thousands of dollars purchasing items for my church. I can't believe that a store of that stature would hire a down-talking Egomaniac like the one that waited on me. Not going there again.

I had a great experience buying a top-of-the-line trumpet for my son. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. I took my time and shopped around and then came back and purchased at Washington Music Center cause they were hundreds less than the competition!

Worse service than Guitar Center: I went there planning to buy an $1800 guitar. Unlike Guitar Center, who is great compared to this place, you can't just plug into an amp - you have to get help. I asked a guy if I could try out the guitar and he stared at me and didn't answer. Waited 20 more minutes and walked out. Will never return again. Perfect example of good selection being overshadowed by terrible customer service.
