User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI ordered dinner from Lee's Express on Friday night. The order came to my door on time, but they forgot the rice for my meal. I called the restaurant and the woman told me they would send it right over. I called back after a half hour of waiting to realize they forgot about the rice. By this time my dinner was getting cold and after another thirty five minutes of waiting I called back again. They sent the rice to the wrong address. I asked for a refund and she said i would have to give the food back to the driver. After returning my food and wasting two hours waiting for the rice, I never received a refund. The manager knew she messed up and wouldn't even honor the refund for the food. DON'T EAT HERE!

I've ordered from this restaurant many times before and every time, they were perfect! The food was great and the delivery was speedy! But recently, things have taken a turn. The food is no longer as great and the delivery times have lagged. I ordered from here last night at 8:30 PM and at 10:00 I called them asking where my order was. The moment I started complaining they behaved EXTREMELY rude! My food ended up coming at 10:30. I used to love this place, but now I absolutely hate it now! Order with caution everyone!
