User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWe often use this store, and while sometimes you have to wait for balloons, I've never had a problem there. They were the fastest when I needed to order 2 dozen balloons at the last minute. Good prices. Reasonably attentive staff. Well stocked.

This is my store of choice for party supplies. It is well-stocked, the prices are very competitive, and I have never had difficulty with the staff. I have shopped there for about 6 years and purchased all types of party items. I drive from DC to Aspen Hill to purchase from this store.

There prices were better than oriental trading for plates and napkins. The previous review scared me from going to the store, so I didn't want others to do the same. I have not had bad experiences there, but I have not purchased balloons or been there near closing. I have shopped there at least 5 times.
