User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsKnowledgeable people, local, helpful. I only bought a small part from them to fix my own microwave so not an extensive experience, but for what it was it was great. Price was a little lower than the lower Internet pricing for the part (probably because it was generic); while not a bargain, still prety good. Thanks!

Wonderful local appliance shop - didn't even know these existed any longer! Very pleasant on the phone, on time services (wow!) and good products for sale. Pricing is competitive, service is even better for delivery. Side note, the installer nicked the door while installing... and actually felt badly for it! Bettar got us a new fridge door right away.
We would definitely buy from here again. -

due to cancellations, they were able to come within a couple of hours of my calling them
ice maker broken.
repair man explained all very well.
he had replacement part on the truck.
new ice maker installed & spitting out ice!!
I'll use them again.
