Great Ribs..: It's not a place to sit down, but you can order food and pick it up or have it delivered. They have fantastic ribs, I usually get them at least once a week..

Will never eat again: After my employees and I ordered and picked up our food we realized they had given us a Turkey Platter with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, rather than the Turkey Platter with Fries that was originally ordered. I contacted them and explained that all four orders were not correct and asked if we could bring them back and switch them out. The lady I spoke with said that would be okay. Two of my employees went to exchange our meals, but upon arrival were told they would scrape the mashed potatoes off and just add fries. What?
My employees stated to them that the food was already cold and asked to have it re-made. They were then told by someone stating they the manager of Bill Batemans that they didn't want to deal with it, and they were just going to give us our money back. I was very dissapointed in how they treated my employees and needless to say will not order from them again, and will definately never recommend them to anyone.

Carry Out so Ambiance is no issue.: Great food and fast service means you won't be disappointed or go hungry. Their wings and hot or cold sandwiches are outstanding.
