User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThese are very unkind people. They have no reguard for the patients or their families. They are rude on the telephone. The word EMERGENCY means nothing to them. Of course, I haven't spoken to everyone there, though the ones I have just don't care. It's almost three o'clock in the morning now. I have spoken with the police and they were unable to reach Second Genesis. I have every intention of reporting their actions until something is done. I wouldn't recommend this facility to ANYONE!!!
