User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI usually go to the millersville location but they did not have my medication there so they referred me here. They supposedly never recieved my prescription and when they finally agreed to speak with my doctor hours later they had it the whole time! They are very rude and do not take there jobs seriously.

I find the Pharmacist not only rude but lazy. The CVS employees refuse to call the doctorâs office to refill or verify prescriptions. The prescriptions are never ready when promised and there is always an excuse. The management at CVS also allows the Pharmacist to hide behind their medical credentials, instead of questioning their unprofessional behavior. CVS does not value their customer in any way. I am finished with this medical provider.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy family has had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Everyone has always been extremely helpful and polite to us especially the pharmacy employees. There have been numerous occasions where they have gone above and beyond to help us. We love having this CVS right around the corner from us.
