If Yahoo! had 1/2 star I would have picked that as a rating. This HD dealership is truly disappointing when it comes to price. The finance dude absolutely refused to negotiate on price. The sales guy turned me over to the owner (the one who used to work in Baltimore). All he wanted to do was talk down the HD store on Route 40 in Rosedale...heck, if they won't work with me on price, I'll go somewhere else. They ain't the only HD store in town!
