No stars. These folks don't really care about selling their product when they can talk on the telephone.
I arrived at this store to find the owner outside talking on his cell phone. It did not appear to be a business conversation. The woman working in the store was in the office on the phone. I waited until she got off, asked for help, and was told she didn't know much about the bikes and the owner was on the phone, but she would try to help me. Then, the phone rang and she answered it. She spoke for a few minutes and then came back to me. I told her I was there to learn and would appreciate some time with a knowledgeable person. The phone rang and she answered it. She did not ask to call back (perhaps she could have said, "I have a customer in the showroom.). She took two more calls, each many minutes in duration, when I told her I guess the only way to get help was to call on the phone and left. The whole time I was waiting (perhaps 15 minutes), the owner was outside having a chat on his cell phone. I left and called the shop from my car. She answered and I told her I would never buy anything from a retail operation where the ringing phone is more important than a customer standing in the showroom.
How foolish can they be to lose business to answer a phone!

I've been in the store twice to buy a bike and they were always very helpful, but very busy. They just seem like they have a lot of buisness, but everytime I've called or stopped by at least one person has tried to help within 2 minutes. Its summer and a lot of people are buying bikes,
