Yep. Their service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I had an appointment for 8:30 am for a tuneup. However, they kept servicing other cars that came in AFTER mine. They finally came and got my car AFTER I complained several times about their service. They refused to give me a loaner car. They weren't done tuning up my car until after 1pm. Because of their non customer service attitude I ended up missing a day of work. I will NOT EVER patron their dealership for service or a new car.
Bob Bell does not service what they sell. I bought a $62,000 Truck and they lied to me from day one. Told me it had 5 year warranty when it only has 2 years. Made an appointment. Guy said he needed weather stripping. It took 10 days and still never fixed it. You call ford and they say they will get back to you but never do. Truck has been in the repair shop all together now for 6 weeks and doesnt even need an engine. All minor work. They told me they do not work on what they sell. Which is against Maryland Comar Law MVA says they should have a shop to work on that within 3 miles away. They sent me to get it worked on 30 miles away and then 170 miles away. The next time I took it back to dealership and said You find a place to work on it. Get truck back and it went from Full to E. Then service Manager got smart and said "well bob bell has good lawyers..sue us" when I said i need to get my truck fixed it has cost me 12,000 dollars and still counting in my loss in business. It is not an import everything is made in america so there is no reason They could not fix it. BUYERS BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! AWFUL SERVICE!!!!
THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I WANTED TO GET SERVICE DONE TO MY F 250, AND NOTHING , IT'S NOT LIKE I MADE AN APPOINTMENT 4 DAY PRIOR !!!!!! I DROP THE VEHICLE OFF THE EVENING BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT FIR IT WOULD BE THERE, AND THEY DID NOTHING TO IT , I MEAN NOTHING!!! NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL TO ME TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS NOT DONE , I CALLED THEM AT 6 PM AND THEY TOLD ME MAYBE TOMORROW WE MIGHT GET TO IT BUT CALL AROUND 830 AND WE'LL LET YOU KNOW , GEZZZ WHOSE THE CUSTOMER AND WHAT ABOUT SATISFACTION
