Poor business policies: When watching a DVD rental, the DVD had a flaw and skipped, so I wasn't able to finish watching the movie. When I took the movie back, Blockbuster was only willing to let me re-rent a different version of the same movie. At the very least, I should be able to re-rent the same movie and be given a voucher for a free rental. After all, I wasn't able to watch the movie as planned. I had to drive back, get the new movie, drive home, find time to watch the movie again, and drive back to return the movie. This was a total inconvenience for a faulty product of theirs. This has happened to me twice!
