User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe are a regular visitors at this Dunkin Donuts - Baskin Robins location on Bel Air South Pkwy, and I must say they have one of the best service in the area. They are super fast when it comes to delivering the orders. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy a cup of coffee or an ice-cream.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThese guys are great!: At 11:00 at night my pregnant wife had a donut craving. So, I set out to the Bel Air South Parkway location, despite the bad review I read on here. After my experience with them tonight, I would have to say that the previous reviewer had to have caught them on a bad day. They were incredibly nice and very helpful. And the donuts were fresh and made my wife very happy. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Bel Air area.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAlot of Attitude: unfortunatly I went to the drive thru, I could not understand the attendant (The first time) and when I said excuse me her proceeded to scream at me with a great deal of attitude. I placed my order then proceeded to the window and asked for the manager. It was then that I was informed that the person who had just been extremely rude to me was the manager. IF THIS IS HOW THE MANAGER ACTS HOW CAN WE EXPEXT THE EMPLOYEES THAT HE IS LEADING TO ACT? RUDE, CONFRONTATIONAL AND A LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL GO TO ANOTHER DUNKIN DONUTS WHERE THERE IS LESS BAD ATTITUDE.
