Nice store from the outside, but I never got a chance to try it since I work late. I went there one night a little after 6 unaware that they close at that time and the doors were locked. Very strange hours. It would definitely be a nice place to go after work or dinner. I really want to support this store, but with these hours it's nearly impossible.
Great Coffee, Amazing Variety of Tea: They roast their coffee all day long, and the aroma is unbelievable. They have a huge variety of coffee for sale, and their tea selection is the best that I've ever seen. Nice, friendly staff, and their prices are better than Starbucks. They also have free Wi-Fi.
Not my favorite: Some people love this place, I know, but I find it to be no better than average. The people who work here are nice, but the prices are nothing exceptional and the ambiance is that of a strip mall shop. Most importantly, the quality of the product is questionable. They roast their own coffee beans here, which makes it smell good, but the finished product is bitter and acidic. I don't know if they burn their beans, but considering the large variety they have you'd think they could offer something more than bitter and acidic. The exception is the Kona, which is around thirty bucks a pound but nice and smooth.
All in all, no better than Starbucks. Do yourself a favor and find an independant shop, like Evergreen in Roland Park or one of the Charles Village spots - better yet, hit a Safeway and pick up a pound of Peet's coffee and visit the cafe in your kitchen.

This guy must have visited another coffee company. I go into Baltimore Coffee every day, and the one thing that their coffee is not, is bitter or acidic. Their Fancy Bourbon Santos is the lowest acid coffee I've ever tasted...Besides, almost all the coffee sold in Maryland comes from these guys, so it can't be bad. They have also just opened a store in Annapolis. I've not been there, but I've heard that it is packed.
