    really good: I checked in my pc and I recieved outstanding service. the sales people knew what I needed and the GM worked with me all the way through my pc issues. I will definitely refer compusa to all my friends

    HOW DO THET STAY IN BUSINESS: THE PRICES ARE GOOD BUT THE SERVICE IS THE WORSE. THE SALES PEOPLE , AND MANGERS ARE INDIFFERENT. THE COMPANY RUNS ADS WITH GREAT COME ON MERCHANDISE THAT IS SOLD OUT THE 1ST HOUR OF A 1(ONE) WEEK SALE -- TECH SUPPORT WOULD BE A JOKE IF IT WAS NOT SO EXPENSIVE. BUY HERE ONLY IF YOU NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS STORE AGAIN --RATING IS A 1 ONLY BECAUSE I CAN'T GO LOWER.
