Yesterday, I had a stripped spark plug hole and called Toyota. They said that the only way to repair it was to remove the head. They wanted $1800 just in labor .This morning, I called Elvaton Auto and Truck and they said it could be repaired with a helicoil without taking off the head. Under $200 later and at 2:00 my truck is running great. Problem solved. I will be back to these guys for future auto work.

Horrible Company!!!!!: My husband had a problem with a part on his truck. He called Elvaton Auto to have his truck towed to a friends house to fix it. He was told over the phone that this company could fix it for around $100 if he had it towed back to their shop. After he finally agreed they came and got his truck. They said they would have it fixed by the next day. Four days later the truck was finally finished and about $200 more. The receipt said they replaced the whole brake line and when my husband looked at it they had only fixed it from the motor to the break in the line. They charged him for parts that they never used and for things that they never did. They are very rude and refused to give his money back for the things he did not receive and continued to hang up the phone. I do not recommend to anyone that they use this company for towing or auto service. What an experience!!

Excellent service, reasonable rates: My husband and I have each had our vehicles towed for a very reasonable rate, and inspected & repaired also for reasonable rates. There were minor errors in some of the work they did, such as power door locks that didn't work in sync, a turn signal that has to be turned of manually now, and some such minor errors, but all in all they have good service and we will continue to call on them when problems arise.
