User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called the store to ask if they could help me with my printer which had a paper jam. They said they could. I asked about the cost, and the man said there was no charge. So I took my printer to the store, and the man got the paper out. Then he said it would cost $29.00. I said "you told me there was no charge." He said "That was before I did it." He was very rude, and I felt betrayed. I would not send an enemy to them for service.
