Jim's Hideaway

Hey everyone! Its 2009 now! Guess what? Jim's Hidaway is still doing what they do best. Serving great food, cold beer, and cheap liquor. AND KARAOKE YEAH!!! Formerly ran by JP (Luv ya man). Now ran by Jumpin Joe w/ Sound Sensational DJ. Lat me ask you a Question. You ever felt like you can't and do karaoke anyway, but to have the KJ (Karaoke Jockey) make you sound like the actual singer. Well the first time I went there, he did that for me (3 years ago). Now today, not only I still go there, but I still sing, drink, and have fun with all my friends. No more drama at this place. Just some old-fashion fun. And I think me and my friends are responsible for turning the karaoke time into HARD ROCK Karaoke night. Specifically 80's Hair Metal & 80's Rock. Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, Journey, Judas Priest, Metallica, Bon Jovi, ect.. Oh, and by the way. I am also the Substitute KJ (Karaoke Jockey). ITS FUN. People from Andrews Air Force Base come here. You should really come!!

although it is a nice out of the way place the food prices are way to high. $7.95 for a BLT, $7.99 for a bowl of chili? what is ths about? No entertainment and a great deal of drama, would not recomend to anyone!!!!!!!!

Used to Karaoke there with JP every week when I lived in MD. The place rocks and has an awesome staff and bouncers. Wish we had a place with food that good and a bar that nice here in GA.
