User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe music lessons my brother and I took there (guitar) were amazing! The staff is always more than happy to help you. The employees are always upbeat, and it truly is a great store and a great environment to go to. My brother bought his electric guitar there and loves it. They were very helpful when he was picking it out, especially considering that he is left-handed. He is also a seasoned clarinet player and has gotten many good reeds from there. Wonderful environment and great people. Best music store around with great prices! :)

I have never had a problem with this store.. my son has taken violin lessons here for two years and we will be there again next year. The staff has helped me with various questions on different types of equipment. I've recognized many patrons there from around town and from my church.. it's a nice place to shop!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!: I bought a guitar pedal from this place and it cut out during a show. I went back the next day for a replacement but they didn't have one and unfortunately the pedal worked. They didn't believe me that it cut out and sent me away with the same broken pedal. I called the company that makes the pedal and described the problem and they said that is was fairly common and send it to them for a replacement, thus s&s has minimal experience with electronics. Not only that but they continued to accuse me of lying about the problem. Instead of helping me and taking care of sending the pedal back and sending me one that works, like most respectable buisnesses would do, they are going to send me the broken pedal in the mail and I have to send it back to the company and deal with that hassle. Thanks alot s&s music.
