About:The ambiance is definitely Mexican at Don Pablo's, with bold bright colors and tiles, colorful red and green booths, and lush plants. The atmosphere is relaxed and prices are relatively inexpensive. Portions are generous but not overwhelming.     good service, not great Mexican: The people are friendly, and good service. But, the food is overly breaded, not very authentic, and doesn't taste that good. It's all about ambiance, not quality of food.
