User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGreat food and family fun!: I love this restaurant but my wife thinks that it is just mediocre. The restuarant is very lively. They have four televisions in the main dining area. The televisions are usually turned to sports (2), cartoon(2), and news or a television show(1) depending on the day and time. The waiters and waitresses are young and energetic.
Likes:
The food is great and they offer bottomless french fries. I believe this is every child's drieam!
Dislikes:
The waiters and waitresses take enitely too long to finalize your visit. It has happened to my wife and I on three separate occasions so she rarely wants to go back. 1. We asked for the check and the waitress didn't return for about 15 minutes. My wife had to look for the waitress and I ended up asking the manager to bring our check. 2. On a different day, we paid the check and the waiter never returned. He went to the restroom but he should have given our bill to someone else to handle. 3. Finally, we paid our bill early but we continued to stay and talk. The waitress never returned to ask if we needed anything. I guess the bill being paid means we are done. Exceptional service is still refilling your drinks until you have left the building.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsBring The Children-Leave The Kids At Home: Dude, if you have children that deserve good food and really, really nice folks serving them...GO HERE. Forget about the other local spots, Red Robin loves children. From their appetizers like the Towering Onion and the children's menu to the video game...sorry it's only one..but it's worth the visit. People are more happy than the Oompa Loompas...Parents and adults can enjoy veggie, carnivore, ominivore, sportvore and alchovore fare as well. Prices are moderate, but worth it if you want quick seating, quick service, and a smile on the way out.
