User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis store is amazing! I had best buy, wired up cafe which is now out of business all work on my computer and told me I need a new motherboard... I took it to Bay Area cause I was not spending 900.00 for a new board. Bay Area did something called board level repair and they put new caps? on my board installed a new power supply and it works great!! The power supply was 49.00 the caps were 3.00 per cap. They charged me 79.00 for labor to do everything. Sure beats 900.00 for the board 275.00 to install it and 90.00 for power supply. Thank you Bay Area!

While rushing to get my taxes prepared, my computer started acting strangely. It was running very slow, and would freeze up on me all the time. I finally got frustrated and remember my neighbor telling me of a computer store on Fort Smallwood rd. I looked them up online, and gave them a call! Even from the first phone call, all they wanted to do was help me! I took my computer in and found out my hard drive was failing, and could have potentially lost all my tax docs i just prepared, plus all my other personal data. They were able to save all my data, and even gave me a back up copy on DVD just incase! My computer is performing awesomly with the new hard drive, and the staff there are now my "computer people". I can call for any issue i have, and they always find a way to help! I highly recommend them to all my friends, and they all have been very pleased with the service.
They will get your computer back to you quick!!! Before Bay Area, I would got best buy, and they kept my PC for weeks! I am so glad i heard about this place! -

Great service and products. Chris M. provides excellent deals on new and or reconditioned equipment. He stands behind all of his work and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. You'll go back...often, because he goes the extra mile to make the customer feel valued. I come down from HA Co for all of my personal and business computing needs and the trip is well worth the drive.
