    Very pleased with service. Set up next day appointment for 7:30am and they accommodated with no issues. Service center was very new and up to date in technology and serious customer service. Greeters in the indoor garage/car entrance, service expert, cashier, parts rep, courtesy driver and multiple janitors/cleaning staff.. Fran the service expert that assisted was great. Waiting room has couches and plasma TV in HD, Free coffee (coffee was not the cheap stuff that just sits there). Free Wi-Fi room was a nice touch, since I did have my laptop and was able to actually work. Only downside was the time, it did take almost 4 hours to change and inspect my brakes and do a systems check. Did get a free wash out of the deal :)

    FED UP WITH R AND H TOYOTA: I BOUGHT A SCION TC FROM EVON......HE IS AWSOME BUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS CONFUSED. THEY ARENT REALLY FOCUSED ON THE COSTUMERS AND THE CASHIER "MISTY" IS RUDE AND LOONEY. VIVIAN, DOUG AND FRAN ARE GREAT BUT THAT NEW ONE ELAINE IS HORRIBLE.

    Really Disappointed!: I recently purchased a Scion Tc and was pleased about how quickly they got me the car. However, after it was sold all the service and accessories seemed to be put on the back burner. I am really disappointed.
