User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTheir butchering skills are terrible. I will never waste my time or money with them again. I took a deer there to be butchered and it was finished within 24 hours which was my first sign they are unprofessional. When I opened the meat it was not flash frozen so within a few days there was already some freezer burn on it. They also did not cut off the silver skin and all of my roasts had bones in them. This was the worst butchering job I have ever seen, I would rather do it myself then trust them again.

We can't wait to go back: They have great meats. They are the only place that have the scrapple and puddin that I grew up on and we drive out of state for two hours just to get the meats and things we like.
