    Terrible service. I arrived for my appointment on time, despite the fact that the receptionist changed my original appointment to suit THEIR schedule. After signing in, I waited for half an hour and still had to interrupt the worthless hipster receptionist to find out what was going on. I've NEVER gotten such bad service at a salon. Stay away!

    I sent my mom for mothers day 08, she loved it. She is recommending to everyone that they go.

    I have been to quite a few places around Baltimore and across Maryland, but I have yet to find a better beautician than Yuliya at Zena's spa. Yuliya simply does the best facial in town. Using high quality products, Yuliya always makes you very comfortable and relaxed. She does a thorough job -- aside from facials, she does the best waxing in town, quick, accurate and pays attention to details. She always goes the extra mile to make the client happy. I would recommend Yuliya to anyone, especially to demanding clients like me:-))
