    The chicken is fatty and gross. I tried to send them an email to let them know, so they could fix - and the only email address I could find in their website (under catering) doesn't work.

    The best customer service in Baltimore. I went for an anniversary dinner. We were treated with a high level of respect and courtesy. I recommended Ruth's Chris to a friend from Georgia and the were extremely pleased also. I plan to continue to celebrate there.

    #1 on my list of favorite restaurants. The food is absolutely fantastic... appetizers, entrees, dessert, everything is delicious and perfect. Impeccable service, I have never experience better waitstaff; they treat you like royalty.

    Havana Club upstairs is also very nice... a great place to dance or just relax.
