Wonderful experience: These guys know what their doing! I've had my car to 2 other dodge dealers & 1 independent shop & none could fix an eletrical problem I was cursed with. After an hour and a half of diagnosis, they found & fixed the problem. I was truly shock. Five stars to the mechanics & service staff.
Not very professional or competent: I personnally do not like these guys, they seem unorganised.
They receintly changed a headlight for me but forgot to reallign the headlight, whch now points up into the trees. Basically a very simple job but they messed it up anyway. I will now have to take the car back in. :( Last year I brought my car in for a service, no issues but I was interested in getting some seatbelt extenders, they didnt have any in stock but the service adviser told me they would order some and let me know when they were in. Several weeks go by and when I call to remind them, they say they show no order in their system. The billing staff always seem to have a frustrating day or hate their job and that carries through to the customer while they deal with them.
