The pharmacy was very helpful, with getting my Rx's filled fast and even saved me some cash by filling 1 with a new generic version.... which is great since even with my insurance my one Rx cost $65 a month and the generic was only $10. Also told me about a coupon online for free $50 in store gift card when you transfer or bring in 2 new Rx, just needed to print them off line, I didn't have them, Just happened to say that would be great to use and wish I had a printer at home and they said well I have some extras, here ya go... so not only did I get Rx's filled, one was alot cheaper and I got $50.00 in FREE gift cards to spend there!!! WHOOO HOOO Thats what I call good customer service

After spending 25 minutes online downloading my pictures to pick up at this location and driving 20 minutes out of my way, since our local Rite Aid did not have this feature, I found a paper sign posted on the computer there that there picture station was not working and has not been for almost 2 weeks. This is completely ridiculous and you would think something could be posted letting you know that there system was down. I am never doing business with this franchise again and found the store to be dingy and dirty as well.
