We visited while in town for a meeting after it was recommended by a colleague. Authentic and the cannoli are quite delicious but everything is very expensive. I went in on my first visit and had them box 2 dozen sugar cookies and 2 cannoli and it set me back $40. Whoa! I should have looked at the prices on the wall to see that cannoli are $5/each and the cookies are $19/pound instead of the typical pricing by dozen, etc. I probably won't visit when in Baltimore again because that is just too much for a family on a budget. I can buy a dozen fresh quality cannoli elsewhere for what four would cost here. And I should have told them to keep the stupid cookies. When I got back to my hotel, I realized they weren't even fresh - stale! I make everything homemade and my family said they definitely prefered my cookies to those anyway. Oy! Think of how much I could have made in my own kitchen with $40 of ingredients! Seems like a waste.
Delicious little Pastry shop in Little Italy section of Baltimore. I enjoyed an espresso and a tiramasu with ameretto....delicious!!!
