| About: | Have a meal in this chic room, set atop the Inner Harbor Hyatt Regency , and enjoy the best that contemporary Maryland cuisine has to offer. The kitchen uses traditional ingredients in innovative ways. The Rockfish Fillet, for instance, is first covered with crab meat, then laced with charred tomatoes and pine nuts and drizzled with a spicy chive sauce. The dining room is beautiful too with neutral shades of gray, polished wood, sleek lines and delicate blue hanging lamps. The view from this restaurant is spectacular which makes it a memorable experience. |

Great view, nice atmosphere and fabulous fresh seafood!
Eating Crabs at the Top of the World: Pisces is one of the best kept secrets in downtown Baltimore, MD. Perched at the top of the Hyatt, Piseces offers a perfect view of the Baltimore Inner Harbor from each seat. Pisces continues to impress the critiques with its jazzed up version of the Maryland crab cake. Aside from the exceptional food, the service is flawless. Each patron is treated to the pampering and attention to detail of the waiters. Pisces is always a winner.
When oh when will I go back?: It has been a 3 years since I have been - very sad to say. However, the night view of the harbor was breathtaking. We were seated close to the ceiling to floor glass wall over looking the harbor and were listening to the jazz band play while being served some of the best seafood in Baltimore. The server was also very friendly and knowledgable about the menu and was able to offer great suggestions.
