When we decided to re-do our landscaping, we went to Gary's to buy a bunch of perennial bushes and flowers. The staff was very helpful & KNOWLEDGEABLE, and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. They also have a very good guarantee on their plants, so if they get diseases or die prematurely you can get them replaced.
Great bunch of folks, very reasonable pricing, and excellent business practices. Definite keeper. -

BEWARE - They are terrible landscapers!!!: Had sod put down by this company 8/06 and it has been a disaster since day one. Our yard looks worse than it did before we hired them. We have been trying to resolve the issue with them and they have been non-responsive. The owner is too busy to come take a look at our lawn and they are 10 minutes from our house. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Gary's Gardens did indeed put sod down to replace perennials that were there previously. It is true that the owner did not go out to the customers house, instead he sent the Operations Manager out to handle the problem, not once, but three different times over a period of 6 months. It became very clear that nothing was going to please this customer. Gary's Gardens finally decided to refund money to the customer.
