User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy husband and I dine out frequently and enjoy trying different restaurants. However, none can compare to our favorite spot--MAGGIE'S of Westminster, MD. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The food is consistently fresh and flavor-ful. Although there are new items on the menu each time we visit MAGGIE'S, my favorite dish is the Chicken & Shrimp Madagascar. It is sauteed chicken & shrimp served in a curry cream sauce with a spicy fruit relish. WHAT A SPECTACULAR TASTE COMBINATION! My husband's favorite dish is the Hawaiian Cowboy Steak, a grilled rib-eye served with sauteed onions, spicy peppers & topped with an oriental glaze.
Maggie's is a little out of the way, but it is always worth the trip!-

What can I say about Maggie's?? It is the best place around - the food is always amazing and service is above outstanding. Their motto - "A great place to relax, meet friends, Dine & Unwind" is EXACTLY what Maggie's offers. This is by far my favorite place!

Can't say I share everyone's enthusiasm about Maggies. I will say I had a better lunch there than dinner. Dinner was horrendous. The fish was bad and smelled of pungent ammonia. Had to send it back and, being afraid to order any other seafood, was stuck having something for dinner that I didn't want. The seating was also troublesome. Our table for two was seated so close to another table for 2 that the gentleman at a neighboring table kept apologizing for elbowing me. Lunch was much better but completely uninspired. The food wasn't spoiled but it wasn't especially noteworthy either - hence, the average rating. I'd like to see Westminster get a really nice little homey restaurant that serves unique, tasty dishes. Unfortunately, that place is not Maggies.
