This store has 2 parts, one is all vitamins,proteins,natural, homeopathic medicine and all organic and natural cosmetics. Second part is all groceries, includes high fiber, nutritionally dense, special needs like wheat free, gluten free, dairy free,nut free food. I never food this good bulk nuts,seed and dried fruit any where else.Bulk herbs and spice is another specialty of this store. They has huge selection of teas. They have lots of therapeutic juices and all other everyday need groceries. Manager is very helpful and gives you very valuable suggestions and education. They will set up your vitamin and diet plan free of charge. Customer service is excellent. The amount of variety of food and vitamins they have is unbelievable for the size of store. Standing outside, you cannot imagine, this little store can have this much. If the store does not carry certain item, they will eagerly order it for you.

Best of all, they are very well educated and love to educate customers who need help.

Just going inside and walking around the store makes you feel better and healthier. I love shopping in this local health food store.
