Pretty good. My steak was a little overcooked (not enough to send it back) and wasn't seasoned as much as I like (but then again I lik e a LOT of seasoning) but the crab imperial was absolutely to die for. SOOOOOO good. Rich and creamy. Hot and crusty, so delicious. In a restaurant where the food isn't cheap, they should hire more servers so they aren't running around like maniacs, though. Mine was breaking a heavy sweat. It sort of takes away from the atmosphere.
it was horrible. i went there with my husband and i will never go back there again. it was total waste of money. the food was diner quality and it's way over priced. rabbit size rats were running around my feet and homeless asked us for money while we were dining. who knows what's happening in the kitchen!? be careful!
My mom is crazy about crab cakes. As crazy as Paul Newman is about pretzels. My momâs had crab cakes all over Maryland from sea shanties to chandeliered waterfront dining rooms. She was feeling under the weather last night and she started to hint around that she had this craving for a crab cake. I offered to make a crab cake run and I rattled off some places close by where I could pick one up. She smiled that mischievous, arched smile. âLast month I had the best crab from this place called Luna Del Sea.â Then with her eyebrows raised as if she couldnât stand it if I said âno,â she said, âWould you drive into Baltimore, dear, and get me one?â âBut Mom,â I protested, âItâs late. Canât I get one somewhere down the street? It would save on gas.â Her eyebrows again. âNot one that melts in your mouth and is the size of a baseball.â I smiled. This time my smile was mischievous. I raised my eyebrows. âAll right but, donât forget, you owe me.â I put Meow (her French bulldog) in the car, and I told my Mom to call the restaurant and order takeout.
