User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAs always, classic Cheesecake Factory. They were busy but our food came out promptly. Guacamole was insanely good, as was the pumpkin pecan cheesecake. Yum
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsFirst time at the Cheesecake Factory was not a great one. Service was not very good. Two out of three dinners was served lukewarm and had to be sent back/although when they brought it back to our tables it was hot and tasty.
Had to ask three times to have a "Happy Birthday" sung for my son - took a long time for them to finally do this. The waitress didn't light the candle until after they finished singing.
Had to ask two times for a glass of water and waited a significant amount of time to get it.
Food was good. Wouldn't go out of my way to go back and pay the price of parking to go there but if I happened to be in the area I may try their lunch /sandwiches.
Our wait time was not bad - only had to wait 1/2 hr. before being seated on A Sunday evening.-

First off let me say the food is awesome. Huge value from a huge menu at a fantastic price. But the wait times are ridiculous and they don't make reservations. Not a great place to bring kids to either as the wait and cramped waiting area are not conducive to a good meal. Despite these shortcomings we'll be back. The food is that good.
