   Worst Experience Ever: I hate to label one company bad, when this is the first bad expereince I have had. Saying they have "fast" meters does them way too much justice. This particular cab, #73, was running at a rate of $8 a mile. I repeatidly asked to be allowed out of the cab and was denied. The doors were looked and the knobs of the locks removed. I felt my life was being threatened as the driver yelled and drove with no regard for anyone. My rights were completely violated, and experiences like this are reasons why Baltimore is still falling apart. I sure hope the cab driver doesn't treat tourists as bad as locals. What a terrible experience. I will never take a Red Ball cab ever again.

   Slow: Takes far too long to come even when calling in advance. Cabs are old and torn up. Drivers are constantly on cell phones making personal calls when they're suppose to be focusing on the road. Some even drink alcohol while drinking. Need a cab on Sunday? Forget about it!

   Cab driver #974 was very rude and he is always on his phone talking.He locked doors and make passengers open door from outside .And he pick people up in baltimore county.I thougth that was aganist regulations.And how come he has no badge.
