Jeff-: I have been taking my car to this dealer to be fixed because it is shaking in the morning when I turn it on. Up to today this problem has not been fixed and everytime I bring my car to Jeff he stated that therei s nothing wrong with this car. I had taken my car to this shop with the check engine light on about three times. Ijust went to turn my car on on 12/04/06 and the check engine light is back again. Either they are working with technicians that need more knowledge about the technology of this car or not enough time to fix this car. I just don't want Jeff to be in charge of my car again.
Horrible Customer Service and Treatment: I have never before experienced such rude customer service representatives in my life. My service technician never contacted me about my car; I was constantly tracking him down for updates. When I addressed this with the service manager, he accused me of lying. I was guaranteed many times that the car would be finished the next day and it never was. When I finally got the car back, they hadn't even fixed the problem. The loaner manager had a horrible attitude and was extremely unprofessional and rude. I would never return to this pathetic excuse for a service center. BMW of Towson is a deplorable representation of the BMW brand.
Excellent Service Center: BMW of Towson truley lives up to thier name. I brought my 325i there for some repairs I needed. The service advisor was friendly and informative and didnt push maintenance that I didnt need. Thier service waiting area is very comfortable as well; I felt right at home watching TV and enjoying a bagle and coffe. I definatly would recommend them to anyone.
