    I had rented a truck from here on 9/7/08 and I was shocked to find out that they had charged me 50.00 extra! When I rented the truck a service person told me, that I had to fill it up completly, no problem, then she explained that the fuel gauge was broken and that i had to fill it up till the fuel nozzle stopped pumping. I did this! Then was supprised to see the extra charges. When I called Budget he said that it was my fault because I didn't fill it up till it spilled out. This is insane and it is not my fault that their trucks are not working properly. Please do not rent from this location!!!!
