Horrible experience! We went to Alonso's on a Saturday night at 7 pm. It was crowded, but we got the last table - next to the kitchen. My husband ordered the famous burger, and I ordered the fajitas. After a 40 minute wait, they brought us our food. My husband's burger was very well done, no pink in it whatsoever. My steak fajitas had no flavor. They obviously didn't marinate the meat, and it was overcooked and grissly. The rice and beans that with it were plain also. The waiter apologized about the burger, and said he would take it off our bill. Later, he came by with a dessert menu, and said we could have a complimentary dessert. I chose the sorbet, which he said was Mandarin orange. When it came out it tasted like alchohol. When we called him over, he found out it was actually a bloody orange sorbet with mimosa. We don't drink alcohol, so it went back. When we got the bill we were charged for the fajitas, the burger, and the sorbet we sent back. They fixed the error, but it added insult to injury. Bad food, bad service, bad atmosphere. Won't go back
