About:Judging by its name alone, you can tell Mother's Federal Hill Grille wants to be liked. Its something-for-everybody menu and first-name-basis friendly staff confirm that desire. And, indeed, it is a likable place. From the Chicken Marsala to the Grilled Chicken in jerk marinade to the great crab cakes, the Italian/Caribbean/Baltimorean menu offers great fare. It's a great looking place as well, with polished hardwood floors and pressed-tin ceilings. And the aforementioned staff is energetically friendly without being overbearing, making this a great lunch destination.
